We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your registration. Here's how you can initiate a cancellation:
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to our support team before the specified cancellation deadline.
The deadline to unenroll from an individual xPRO course and receive a refund is seven days (one week) after the course begins. Typically, courses start on a Monday, so the cancellation deadline is typically the Monday following the course start date.
For participants who have purchased an xPRO program bundle consisting of multiple courses, the deadline to unenroll from any course within the program and receive a refund is seven days (one week) after the start of the first course in the program. Regardless of which course within the program you are taking, the deadline remains the same. Again, courses typically begin on a Monday, so the cancellation deadline is typically the Monday after the program's first course begins.
Please note that if you have purchased a program bundle, you still have the option to defer your enrollment in subsequent courses within the program. For more information on deferring your registration, please refer to the FAQ "Can I transfer/defer my registration to another course/program?"
Cancellation requests made before the specified deadline do not incur any fees. However, please be aware that after the deadline, MIT xPRO is unable to process cancellations and refunds.
