Participants who successfully complete the Leading Teams course are eligible to receive 1.25 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) from MIT.
CEUs are widely recognized in the United States as a measure of non-credit/non-degree study. They serve as evidence of an individual's commitment to professional development and are accepted by many employers, licensing agencies, and professional associations. The allocation of CEUs is based on the number of hours of instruction in the course. In this case, 1.25 CEUs represent approximately 12.5 hours of instruction.
It's important to note that while CEUs hold value in professional contexts, they cannot be applied toward any undergraduate or graduate-level courses at MIT. The primary purpose of CEUs is to acknowledge the completion of continuing education programs and the acquisition of specialized knowledge and skills.
