Additionally, there is a research-based learning simulation that allows you to apply your knowledge in a practical team leadership context.
Throughout the course, you will explore various topics and concepts related to leading teams. In the first week, you will learn how to build high-performance teams through lectures and optional case study readings. In the second week, you will delve into the foundations of xTEAMS and engage in interactive learning simulations, scenarios, and discussions. Finally, in the last week, you will apply your knowledge to develop handbook recommendations for effective team building in your company.
Discussion and interaction with peers and course teaching assistants are encouraged throughout the course. There will also be a TA-led webinar, providing an opportunity for learners to connect with their peers, debrief the simulation experience, and ask course-related questions.
