Internet Connection: Access to the course requires a stable internet connection as the course videos are available for online streaming only and cannot be downloaded for offline viewing. Please check your company's content viewing restrictions and firewall settings.
PDF Capability: The ability to download and read PDF files is necessary for accessing course materials.
