Many display problems and assessment answer entry issues can be caused by your web browser. There are some steps you can take to debug your browser:
1. Be sure that you are using the most current version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
2. Make sure both JavaScript and Cookies are enabled in your browser settings. Note: Some corporate IT policies disable third-party cookies by default.
3. Clear your cache or other browsing data. Make sure you are complying with local IT policies when you make these changes.
