MIT xPRO courses are designed to fit the schedules of busy professionals, while maintaining MIT's standard of excellence. The course requires a time commitment of 3-4 hours a week (on average), comprising of videos, reading, and assignments including written activities, negotiation role plays, and peer-review of other learners’ work.
The course schedule is flexible such that assignments with deadlines may be completed in advance when individual schedule constraints are anticipated.
